Seasonal vaccinations, Covid-19 and Flu – important patient information

We are working with Alliance for Better Care to provide both Covid-19 and Flu vaccination appointments at our practice from 1st October.
Eligible patients will receive their invitations via text message in August. We encourage patients to check their eligibility via the NHS website or by calling 119.
Non-urgent advice: Please note
Patients eligible for both Covid-19 and Flu vaccinations will be contacted directly via Alliance for Better Care (ABC) to book an appointment.
Patients only eligible for the Flu vaccination will receive an SMS from Lindfield Medical Centre with a link to book in your appointment.
All appointments will be booked for October 1st onwards.
