Contract Salaried GP – 4 sessions (Thurs and Fri) – 1 year Fixed term.
We are a a forward thinking, welcoming and friendly practice and we have an exciting opportunity for a 4 session one-year fixed term contract salaried GP to join our team.
We operate from one site in the village of Lindfield, West Sussex. Our list comprises 10,800 patients. We seek to maintain traditional personal list family medicine, whilst at the same time embracing technology and moving forward. The Practice started total triage in Sept 2024 managed by a dedicated Triage Doctor each day.
We have our own diabetic nurse team, and our nurses also provide respiratory/travel clinics alongside core practice nursing. Our GPs offer a range of services including minor surgery, family planning, pessaries, postnatal and baby checks & joint injections. We have a recall system for our long-term condition reviews, managed by our care coordinator.
We have an experienced and stable clinical workforce with a keen focus on high quality patient care. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising of GPs (2 partners, 5 salaried), 3 Nurses, 3 HCAs, Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Social Prescriber, OT and Care Co-ordinator amongst other highly valued administrative teams. We are a close-knit team – many of our staff have been here for many years!
We currently have one ITP ST trainee and are looking to develop our training further in the future.
We are looking for an experienced GP to do 4 sessions over 2 days ideally Thursday and Friday.
– We would like someone who is able to do home visits.
– You would be expected to undertake triage on a pro-rata basis.
– We are part of a cohesive thinking and well-developed PCN
– High QOF scores
– High achieving in targets/locally enhanced services

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our established and friendly team in Lindfield. Previous experience of working within an office based admin role is essential. Prior NHS/GP Practice experience would be ideal. The successful candidate will possess a high level of organisation and record keeping skills, work on their own initiative and be comfortable dealing with our GPs, patients and other third parties. They will be numerate, IT competent and able to communicate clearly and accurately.
Main duties of the role are involved with summarising, private work, patient records and some elements of finance.
