We’re improving our service   

 You said, we listened. 

Following patient feedback about the limited ways to contact us online, we are introducing our improved online system.

From Tuesday 3rd September all medical and admin requests will be submitted online via our website during practice opening hours rather than the current 9am to 11am window. This will include appointment requests, sick note and letter request and more. 

By implementing this, we give our patients: 

• increased appointment capacity 

• access to appointments that is fair for everyone 

• the right care at the right time by the right person 

• appointments that are offered based on a clinical need 

One of our GPs will review all requests and allocate them to an appropriate member of our team. We will endeavour to review all requests submitted before 4pm on the same day. 

Those unable to use our website can continue to call us on 01444 484056 or visit the practice in person and our reception team will complete the form with you. We encourage everyone who can use the website to do so, ensuring our phone lines remain available for those who need them.
